Ruby Hill Residences

Ruby Hill opened in 2016 and contains 114 apartment units. 75% of the community is considered Permanent Supportive Housing. Fifty-seven units are Project-Based Section 8 units intended for families and individuals experiencing homelessness, and 28 are Veteran’s Affairs Supportive Housing intended for Veterans experiencing homelessness. The remaining units are Low-Income Housing Tax Credit and are for families and individuals that are income qualified.

Referrals

Referrals for this community are received directly from OneHome Coordinated Entry, the V.A., and other rapid rehousing partnerships.

Services

Case management maintains an onsite presence. Services range from helping residents apply for rental assistance to supporting a resident in their employment goals.

Community Engagement

Onsite events are provided weekly; these events encourage the residents to participate in a positive and welcoming community. Events offered include community meals, game nights, health and wellness workshops, field trips, and more.
